Aqeedah and history of Kharijies

The word 'Khareji' in the lexical sense is derived from the Arabic word 'khuruj' (الخروج), which means 'to go out'. 'Khawarij' is used in the plural. In the technical sense , according to Shahrastani (d. 548 AH), Khareji is - 'Every person who rebels against the right Imam (ruler) whom the people have accepted as Imam. I want this revolt to be against the Khulafa Rashedar who was guided in the era of the Sahabis or in the era of Ezam in their next Tabein or in the era of any subsequent ruler.

According to the definition of Ibn Hazm Andalusi (R), "Kharijite means any community which has the opinion of the rebels against the fourth Caliph Ali (R) or their opinion, regardless of their age." Dr. Nasir al-Aqbal said, "Kharijites are those who call other Muslims infidels because of their sins and rebel against the Muslim rulers and the common people." He added that the name 'Khareji' applies to the former Kharejis as well as to everyone who adopts their policies and approaches them. According to the above definition, their two main signs are that they call the great sinners infidels and rebel against the Muslim ruler. They are called 'Khareji' because they have deviated from the religion or the Jama'at or the allegiance of Ali (R).
Prophecy of the Prophet (sm) and the rise of the Kharijites:
The first abolitionist group in Islam was the Kharijites. Many think that the rise of Kharijites took place in the time of Prophet (sm). But it was an individual event. As proof of this they mention the incident of 'Zul Khuwaishara'. Abu Saeed Khudri (R) said,
'We were present with the Prophet (sm). He was distributing some booty. Then a man named 'Zul Khuwaishara' of Banu Tamim tribe came and said, O Messenger of Allah! You do justice '. Then the Prophet (sm) said, your misfortune! If I do not do justice, then who will do justice? If I do not do justice, then you will be lost and in vain. Omar (R) said, O Messenger of Allah (sm)! You allow me, I blow her neck. He said, 'Let him go. He has some companions. Some of you will despise your own salat as compared to their salat and your own sahiam as compared to their sahiam. They recite the Qur'an, but the Qur'an does not enter the lower part of their throats. They will leave the religion as fast as an arrow pierces its prey. The iron on the tip of the arrow can be seen, But no sign of (the victim) can be seen. If you look at the piece of wood, you will not see anything in it. If you look at the middle part, you will not find anything in it. If you see its feathers, you will not find any sign in it. But the arrow pierced the victim's entrails and passed through the blood-flesh. Their symbol is a black man whose arm will move like a woman's breast or like a piece of meat. They will appear in times of conflict between people. [1]
In other words,
Home Dischanged,
After the man left, the Prophet (sm) said, "Some people will come from that person's family who will read the Qur'an, but the Qur'an will not cross their throats." They will leave Islam in the same way that arrows pierce the body of a victim. They will release the idolaters and kill the Muslims. If I find them, I will kill them like the people of Aad. "[2]
According to another narration, narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah (R), a man met the Prophet (sm) at a place called 'Ji'rana'. This is the place where the Prophet (sm) was distributing the booty of Hunain. The pieces of silver were placed on the clothes of Sahabi Bilal (R). The Prophet (sm) was giving to the people in a fistful. The man then said, 'O Muhammad! Fear God and do justice! The Prophet (sm) said, 'Destruction is for you. If I do not judge, who will judge? By God! You will not find anyone after me who is more just than me. ' Immediately Omar (R) said, 'O Messenger of Allah (sm)! Allow me, I will blow the neck of this hypocrite. ' He said, 'No, I seek refuge in Allah, if you do that, people will say, I kill my companions ...
On the other hand, Tabari and Ibn Katheer have also called the people who conspired to assassinate Othman (R) and later killed him unjustly 'Khareji'. However, Khareji did not emerge as a separate party and ideology. The descendants and followers of this person are 'Khareji'. How will they be? What to do? The Prophet (sm) has given detailed predictions about this. He said
'In the last days there will be a community of people who will be young and ignorant. They will recite from the best words of creation. But their faith will not cross their throats ... '. [4]
Narrated by Abu Saeed Khudri (R), the Prophet (sm) said elsewhere,
Forcent Navy, Umar Visual Employment, Umirds, Umustic, Umustic, Umustic, Umpar, Umpone.
'A group of people will come from the east. They will recite the Qur'an, but it will not cross their throats. They will leave the religion in the same way that a bow pierces its prey. They will not return to the religion, just as the bow did not return. It is said, what are their symptoms? He said, "Their symptom is shaving their heads." [5]
Warning the Muslim Ummah, the Prophet (sm) further said, 'In the near future there will be disagreement and sectarianism among my Ummah. In that case a community will come out who will speak good and good and will do evil. They will recite the Qur'an, but it will not cross their throats. They will come out of the deen in the same way as an arrow pierces its prey. They are the worst of creation. Good news for the person who will fight against them and be martyred by them in battle. They will call people to the Book of Allah while they are not established on any of my standards. Whoever fights against them will be dearer to Allah than any other nation. ' Sahabaye Keram asked, O Messenger of Allah (sm)! What are their symptoms? He said, 'Shave more heads'. [6]
Historical context of the creation of Kharijite doctrine:
After the demise of the Prophet (sm) all his predictions came true and finally the Kharijites appeared. Through an incident in 38 AH, all the ideas about them became clear. During the reign of Ali (R) the Muslims were divided into two by the conspiracy of the hypocrites and the Kharijites centered on the election of the Caliph. One party sided with Ali (R) and the other with Mu'awiyah (R). Gradually the situation escalated into a bloody conflict. Finally, in July 656, the battle of Mu'awiyah with Ali (R) started at a place called 'Shiffin'. In order to solve the problem during the war, two judges were appointed to the effect that, Both sides will accept whatever decision they make for the welfare of the Muslim Ummah. Ali (R) appointed Abu Musa Ash'ari (R) and Mu'awiyah (R) appointed Amr Ibnul As (R). This phenomenon is known in the history of Islam as 'Tahkeem' or Arbitration. After the end of the war, all the Sahabis of Syria and Iraq unanimously decided to separate the judiciary and return to Ali's Kufa. Disobeying this decision, some people left the party of Ali (R) and settled in the desert called 'Harura'. Their number varies from 6 to 7, 12 or 16 thousand. Upon hearing the news of the separation, Ali (R) sent the far-sighted Sahabi Abdullah Ibn Abbas (R) to them. He discreetly refuted their suspicions, and about 4,000 or 6,000 of those who left returned to obey Ali. Then Ali (R) stood in the Kufr Mosque and gave a speech. They said to Ali (R) that you have handed over the justice system to the people! But God is the owner of justice. You have violated the command of verse 56 of Surah An'am (ان الحكم الا لله) that "the judgment of no one is acceptable except Allah". You have become a mushrik because of your disregard for the commandments of Allah. But God is the owner of justice. You have violated the command of verse 56 of Surah An'am (ان الحكم الا لله) that "the judgment of no one is acceptable except Allah". You have become a mushrik because of your disregard for the commandments of Allah. But God is the owner of justice. You have violated the command of verse 56 of Surah An'am (ان الحكم الا لله) that "the judgment of no one is acceptable except Allah". You have become a mushrik because of your disregard for the commandments of Allah.
According to them, all the Sahabis who support Tahkim, including Ali, Mu'awiyah and Amr ibn al-As, have disbelieved and become disbelievers. But the truth is, people have to be the judges for the people to decide. And the decision will be according to the law of Allah.
The Kharijites turned their ignorance into religious orthodoxy and started a bloody war among the Muslims. Ali (R) said to them, 'We have made three decisions about you. 1. We will not forbid you to come to the mosque. We will not deprive you of state resources. We will not fight you unless you do something first.
After a while, they started hating ordinary Muslims. Then Abdullah bin Khabbab (R) heard the hadith of the Prophet (sm) about fitna and they killed him. He tore his pregnant wife's stomach, threw out the baby and killed her in two. Ali (R) asked, 'Who killed Abdullah? In response, they arrogantly said, "We all killed together." Then Ali (R) prepared for war against them. Before the battle, he himself had several discussions with Ibn 'Abbas and Abu Ayyub (R) and tried to dispel their doubts and try to get them back on track.
The correct answer to the doubts of the Kharijites on behalf of Ali (R):
When Ali (R) wanted to know the reasons for their departure before fighting against the Kharijites, they raised some doubts and he gave a fair answer to each one. The brief answer to their doubts is as follows-
The first suspicion: Why was it not legal for them to accept women and children as prisoners of war and slaves in the war of camels, as was the case with money? Ali (R) replied in several respects, (1) Talha and Zubair (R) were given the legitimacy to take goods for them in exchange for the small amount of money they took from Baitul Maal. Moreover, it was a very small asset. (2) Women and children did not participate in the war. Moreover, they are Muslims living in Islamic lands. They did not become apostates, so it would be permissible to accept them as slaves. (3) He said to them, 'If I had made it lawful for women and children to be enslaved, then who among you should be able to accept (Umm al-Muminin) Ayesha (R) as a slave in her own share ?! Then realizing their mistake, many of them returned to the right path and accepted the allegiance of Ali (R).
Second Doubt: Why did Ali (R) delete the word 'Amirul Muminin' at the beginning of his name while writing the treaty of Shiffin with Mu'awiyah (R) and accepted his word? He replied, 'I have done what the Prophet (sm) himself did in the treaty of Hudaybiyyah. He deleted the word 'Rasoolullah' from the beginning of his name as demanded by the disbelievers.
Third suspicion: Why did he hire Tahakim or Shalis even after he was on the way to Huq? In reply, he said, "Even after being on the path of Haqq, the Prophet (sm) appointed Sa'd bin Mu'adh (R) as arbiter in the case of Banu Qurayzah."
Fourth suspicion:Ali (R) said, 'If I am entitled to the caliphate, then they will elect me caliph'. The Kharijites claim he has doubts about his ability to be caliph. In reply, he said, "It was to do justice to Mu'awiyah." For example, the Prophet (sm) called upon the Nazarenes of Najran to show justice to them. Then many of them realized their mistake and came back and accepted his obedience. And he fought against the rest, which is known as 'Nahrawan' war. All but nine of them were killed. On the other hand, nine people on the side of Ali (R) were martyred. It was in this battle that the Kharijite leader Abdullah bin Wahab Rasbi was killed. With the end of the war, the Kharijites were defeated and their fitna was temporarily stopped. It is said, The nine surviving Kharijites sowed their seeds in different countries. Descendants and followers of the defeated Kharijites also appeared at different times after this and tried to create fitna-fasad. Although there were some Kharijite Aqeedah people in the time of Prophet (sm) and later in the time of Abu Bakr, Omar and Othman (R), but their fitna took the most serious shape during the caliphate of Ali (R). Since then, in different eras, different anonymous Khareji groups or individuals have appeared.
Some characteristics and signs of Kharijites:
1. They will be young, young and foolish, but will think themselves very wise. [7] They will speak the best, but will do the worst. [8] Externally speaking beautiful. [9] 4. Even if they speak of faith in their mouths, there will be no trace of faith in their hearts. [10] Their faith and salat will not cross their necks. [11] After going astray, they will never return to faith. As the arrow no longer returns to the bow. [12] They will be foremost in worship but will be arrogant for their own worship. People will be amazed at their worship. [13] Their sign is that their heads will be bald. [14] They will kill the Muslims and release the infidels, polytheists and idolaters. [15] They will go to extremes in religion, even going out of religion. [16] They slandered the Muslim rulers, slandered them and called them heretics and infidels. As Khuwaishara did with Rasul (sm). 12. They will call people to the Book. But they will have no knowledge of it. That is, he will accept the document with Kitabullah. But he will make a mistake in accepting the document because he does not understand. [17] They will impose strictures on worship. [18] They will rebel against the best team. As did Ali and Mu'awiyah (R). [19] 15. They consider their victims to be in Paradise. As they used to call each other 'Jannatmukhi' and 'Jannatmukhi' on the battlefield of Nahrawan. [20] They are a nation with a crooked heart. [21] They will appear in times of disagreement and disagreement. [22] They originate in the east (Iraq and adjoining areas). [23] The verses which are applicable to the disbelievers will be applied to the believers. [24] Their arrival will take place in the last days. [25] They too will speak with the Qur'an and Sunnah but will misinterpret. [26] As a result, they will be the most hostile to the scholars. He even wrote fake hadiths to oppose his opponents. [27] In the name of enjoining good deeds and forbidding evil deeds, the relevant Shari'ah documents are used in rebellion and war against the ruler. 23. They only accept documents with verses related to intimidation. But renounces the reward of good deeds or encouraging verses. 24. They will not evaluate the scholars. Think of yourself as a great sage. For example, the Kharijites claimed to be wiser than all the Sahabis, including Ali and Ibn Abbas. 25. They are quick to issue orders. [28] They were the first Muslims to leave the congregation and were declared infidels by their sins. [29] They are more convinced of the work based on qiyas (idea or conjecture). [30] They think that the rule of a tyrant is not justified. [31] They blaspheme the words of the Ahl al-Ilm but do not understand its meaning. [32] They called on the people to disassociate themselves from the Muslim community. As a result, they themselves avoid madrassas, educational institutes, universities, government jobs and living with Muslims. [33] They transgressed by committing suicide and killing others: bloodshed. 32. Every time they appear, they will be destroyed. Thus the Prophet (sm) said twenty times. [34] 34. There will always be Kharijite Aqeedah people on the surface and the Dajjal will be the last among them. [35] They will be the best creation. [36] Avoids government service and living with Muslims. [36]
History of Islam tarnished by the poisonous touch of Kharijites:
During the time of Caliph Abu Bakr and Omar (R) the Kharijites could not give up. But a fire-worshiper named Abu Lu'lu converted to Islam outwardly and secretly entered Medina. Omar (R) was leading the Fajr salat on 26th Jilhaj of 23 AH, when he took the first row in disguise. Then, realizing the opportunity, he struck her on the waist three or six times with a sharp sword. Three days later he was martyred. As a result, there was a resurgence of extremist activity. Note that on that day he hit 13 more Sahabis. 9 of them were martyred. The killer could not escape and committed suicide with his own weapon.
Othman, the 72-year-old son-in-law of the Prophet (sm) was ruthlessly martyred by the Kharijite extremists in the conspiracy of the Jew Abdullah bin Saba on the day of Jum'ar on the 16th of Jilhaj, 35 AH. The Kharijites who survived the battle of Nahrawan had long been preparing for revenge. Then they secretly arranged for Abdur Rahman bin Muljam to kill Ali (R). Similarly, Mu'awiyah chose Barak bin Abdullah to kill him and Amr bin Bakr to kill Amr ibn As. Thus they came out with a promise to kill on the same day. Abdur Rahman bin Muljam with his two associates Ordan and Shabib went to Kufa on the night of Friday the 18th of Ramadan 40 AH. During Fajr, they lurk behind the door of Ali's house with weapons. He was walking out of the house when he was walking towards the mosque calling people to 'salat' and 'salat'. Then they hit Ali (R) on the head with a weapon. His beard was stained with blood. He immediately fell to the ground. At that time, looking at Ali (R), the bloodthirsty man said, "There is no rule except for Allah, there is no one like you or Ali and his companions, 'O Ali! There is no provision except for Allah. Not for you and not for your companions, O Ali. When asked why he was killed, he said, "I have lent my sword for forty days, and I have prayed to God that I may kill the worst of His creatures with this weapon." There is no provision except for Allah. Not for you and not for your companions, O Ali. When asked why he was killed, he said, "I have lent my sword for forty days, and I have prayed to God that I may kill the worst of His creatures with this weapon." There is no provision except for Allah. Not for you and not for your companions, O Ali. When asked why he was killed, he said, "I have lent my sword for forty days, and I have prayed to God that I may kill the worst of His creatures with this weapon."(Naujubillah) .
Ali (R) said, "If I die, you will kill him." And if I survive, I will do what I have to do. But three days later, on the 21st of Ramazan, 40 AH, at the age of 63 or 64, he was martyred. At the same time that day Mu'awiyah (R) was hit and he survived. Amr ibn al-As (R) was so ill that he could not come to the mosque that day. As a result, he survived. However, his successor, Imam Kharejah Ibn Abi Habiba, was killed by that assassin. In this way the Kharijites tarnished the golden history of Islam by killing the Jannatis and prominent Sahabis like Khulafa Rashedar.
Misinterpretation of Kharijites and its response:
One of the characteristics of the Kharijites in understanding the Qur'an and Hadith is that they ignore the understanding of the Salafis and interpret their own fabrications. Below are some examples of their misinterpretations with answers.
One: Allah says, He is the One who created you, then you are a disbeliever and you are a believer. Then some of you are disbelievers and some are believers' (Tagabun 74/2) . In this verse, Allah has limited man to be a disbeliever and a believer. And the transgressors are not believers. So they are infidels.
Answer: By this verse man is not limited to two parts only. Because there is another type of people, they are sinners. Mentioning two types does not mean denying the rest. Moreover, it has been said here that some people are infidels and some are believers. There is no doubt about its reality. But this does not mean that the Kharijites have claimed that the sinful believers are infidels.
Two: The Prophet (sm) said,
He cannot drink alcohol while he is a believer. He cannot steal while he is a believer. When the snatcher snatches openly, and the people look at him helplessly and helplessly, then he is not a believer '. [37]
By this hadith they claim that Kabira completely rejects the sinner from faith.
Answer: Scholars have said in the interpretation of this hadith that it has been said in the case of the person who would consider the sins mentioned here as halal. Or in the hadith it is meant that the believer is not full of faith. If the intention was to get rid of the deen because of the sin mentioned in this hadith, then it would not have been enough for him to just issue 'hadd'. That is why Zuhri (R) said about such hadiths, 'Apply them as your predecessors used to apply them. In another hadith, narrated from Abu Jarr (R), the Prophet (sm) said, 'If a servant says,' La ilaha illallah 'there is no god but Allah and he dies on it, then he will enter Paradise. I said, if he commits adultery and steals? He said, although he commits adultery and steals. Thus I said three times, each time he gave the same answer. He said for the fourth time, 'Although Abu Jarr's nose is misplaced ...'. [38]
Three: Allah, the Exalted, says: وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا َْنْزَلَ اللَُهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ 'Those who do not judge according to what Allah has sent down are disbelievers ' Their claim is that this verse includes all kinds of sinners. Because they do not judge according to what Allah has revealed. So it becomes obligatory for them to disbelieve.
Answer: This verse is applicable to those who deny the law of Allah and consider it lawful to judge by the law of other than Allah. But he who believes in Allah and acknowledges that His law is true, then he is not a disbeliever, he will be considered a sinner until there is clear evidence of disbelief. All over the world when the Muslim Ummah is plagued with various problems. Hundreds are divided on various issues including leadership. In such a tragic moment, the activities of this Bid'ati Khareji group have increased. Due to the faults of the Muslim rulers, it is the religion of the Kharijites to give them infidel, apostate fatwas and to rebel against them. This is so destructive that you open every book of Aqeedah and it is said that Muslim rulers should be loyal to them in good deeds and not rebel in any way in spite of their injustice or oppression.
Four : Allah Almighty says, ان الحكم إلا لله 'There is no ruling except Allah' (Yusuf 40/6) . The Kharijites misinterpret this verse out of ignorance and say that appointing people as arbitrators is against the Qur'an and Kufr. In reply to this Ali (R) said, كلمة حق أريد بها باطل 'The word is true, but the intention is bad'. Because the decision of the people will be made by the people, and that will be according to the law of Allah (Nisa 4/35; Maeda 5/95) .
Kharijite Aqeedah vs. Aqeedah of the Ahl al-Hadith:
About Kabira Sinners: According to Kharijites, people are believers or not infidels. Punishment and punishment cannot be accumulated among the same servant. Therefore, every poet is a sinner and a disbeliever. And the poets are sinful infidels. If any Muslim poet commits a sin, all his good deeds are wasted and he becomes an apostate and enters into Kufr. In this case, or if the goats die without repenting after committing a sin by lying, he is a mushrik and a perpetual hellfire. They consider it lawful to kill those who do not repent of their sins.
Aqeedah of Ahl al-Hadith: Kabira is not a sinful infidel. He is not an eternal hellfire. It is not permissible to kill him. If he dies without repenting, then it is subject to the will of Allah. He can forgive her and punish her. He is not an eternal hellfire. Rather, after suffering the punishment of crime, by the grace of Allah, he will enter Paradise again. He is an imperfect believer or transgressor because of his grave sins. But he is a believer because of his faith. This is the moderate Aqeedah against the extremism of the Kharijites and the extreme relaxation of the Mu'tazilites and the Murjiyas. Almighty Allah has mentioned the great sinners as believers. He said: وَإِنْ طَائِفَتَانِ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ اقْتَتَلُوا فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَهُمَا 'If two groups of believers get involved in war, then they will settle between them' (Hujurat 49/) . In his commentary on this verse, Hafiz Ibn Katheer (R) said:
He called them believers with fighting, and with this Bukhari and others infer that he does not depart from faith by disobedience, even if it is great, not as the Khawarij and those who follow them say.
'Allah has called them believers, even though they are at war with each other. By this verse Imam Bukhari and other scholars have accepted the evidence that he does not go out of faith because of sin, even though sin is great. This is not what Khareji and his associates say.
Ibn Taymiyyah (R) said,
God called these believers despite the fighting that took place between them, which is one of the biggest sins, and it is clear that they were not embarrassed from believing in totality.
'They are at war with each other, which is one of the greatest sins, yet Allah has called them believers. Nevertheless, they have not completely departed from the faith. That is why Imam Malik (RA) used to say, أهل الذنوب أي الكبائر مؤمنون مذنبون 'Kabira sinners are sinful believers
Regarding rulers and the judiciary: According to the Kharijites, it is not lawful for a Muslim ruler to remain in power if he does not follow their manhaj or commits transgressions and oppression. It is not permissible to obey such a ruler. It is obligatory to wage armed war against him. Under him, it is not permissible to get a government job, live in a government residence, or study in an educational institution. It is permissible to kill state security personnel and law enforcement under him. According to them, if a Muslim judge does not judge according to the law of Allah, then he must be a disbeliever. It is permissible to kill him if he does not repent.
Aqeedah of Ahl al-Hadith: Imam Tahabi (R) said, 'We do not consider it permissible to rebel against the emirs and rulers, even though they are oppressors. We do not curse them, nor do we waver in obedience. Their obedience is obligatory in obedience to Allah, unless they command disobedience to Allah. We will pray for their well-being.
Concerning the Qur'an-Sunnah: All the Sunnahs which seem to contradict the external meaning of the Qur'an according to their claim, deny it. Ibn Hajar Askbalani (R) said, "They misinterpret the Qur'an." They rejected the Sunnah, denying the provision of rajam to the adulterer.
Aqeedah of Ahl al-Hadith: Both Quran and Sunnah are revealed. The Prophet (sm) said, "Except I read the Qur'an and the like with it ... 'Know! I have received the Qur'an and another object like it '.... [39] Hadith as the interpretation of the Qur'an. Allah Almighty says, وَأَنْزَلْنَا ذِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُوْنَ ' 4 . ) . So there is no contradiction between the two.
About the Prophets and Messengers: Some groups of Kharijites consider it permissible for the Prophets and Messengers to commit sins. Therefore, according to them, any prophet can be called a disbeliever because of his grave sins. Until he repents and returns (Naujubillah) . Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Kharijites have made it permissible to accuse the Prophet (sm) of wrongdoing and of perverting his Sunnah. And he did not consider it obligatory to obey and trust him. Such aqeedah of the Kharijites about the Prophets is equal to Kufr.
About Sahabaye Keram: According to them, Sahabaye Keram (R) poets have committed sins and kufr. They considered Othman (R) a disbeliever and an apostate and praised him for killing him. For example, they declared Ali, Mu'awiyah, Amr ibn al-As, Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (R) and all the Sahabi who supported the appointment of arbitrators as infidels and apostates.
The Aqeedah of the Ahl al-Hadith: The Aqeedah of the Kharijites about Sahabaye Keram is clearly Faseki. Because, 'Allah is pleased with them, they are also pleased with Him' (Maeda 5/119) . The Prophet (sm) said, 'Do not insult my Sahabis. I swear by the entity in whose hand my soul is, if any one of you donates the same amount of gold as Mount Ohod, it will not be equivalent to giving them one Anjali or Ardhanjali.
About Shafa'at in the Hereafter: They deny Shafa'at for the great sinners. Their claim of intercession is only for the pious. According to them, whoever is thrown into Hell once will be in Hell forever.
Aqeedah of Ahl al-Hadith: Such aqeedah of Kharijites is clearly against the Sunnah. Because the Prophet (sm) said, 'My intercession is for the great sinners among my ummah'. [40]
Provisions of Kharejis:
Secularism: Scholars have differing opinions on the ruling of the Kharijites. Many think they are infidels. Their evidence is the incident of Zul Khuwaishara, the hadiths narrated about their departure from the religion and their disgusting treatment of prominent Sahabis including Ali and Mu'awiyah. Again, many say that they are transgressors and heretics. Because it is not easy to call someone outside Islam. But it is a different matter if blatant disbelief is proved. The point is, the ruling will apply to them on the basis of their words, deeds and aqeedah. Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "They are outside Ahl as-Sunnah wal Jama'at." Imam Shatibi (R) said, "Firqa Nazia and Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jama'at are considered as a corrupt party because of their opposition." The Salaf are skinless though they are not called infidels. However, he considered them as one of the 72 erroneous groups mentioned in the hadith.
Ruling of the Hereafter: The Prophet (sm) said, 'Kharijites are the dogs of Hell'. [41]
Conclusion: Ibn Katheer (R) said about the Kharijites,
For if they strengthened these, they would have corrupted the whole earth, Iraq and Syria, and they would not leave a child or a girl or a man or a woman: because with them people have corrupted so much that nothing can fix them but killing altogether.
"If the Kharijites get stronger and more powerful, they will create chaos all over Iraq and Syria (takfir and kill Muslims ... etc.). They will not spare any boy, girl, child or man or woman. Because their aqeedah is that people are so involved in fade that they will not be corrected unless they are killed as a whole. Regarding the terrible nature of the Kharijites, Ibn Taymiyyah (R) said clearly and unequivocally,
None of them was evil to the Muslims among them, neither the Jews nor the Christians, for they were diligent in killing every Muslim who did not agree with them, making it permissible for the blood and money of Muslims, and killing their children, as a disbeliever for them, and they were religious in that because of the greatness of their ignorance and their misguided heresy.
'There was no one more harmful to the Muslims than them. Neither Jews nor Nazarenes. Because the Muslims who did not support them were always eager to kill them. Considering the blood and wealth of Muslims and killing their children as halal, they consider them as infidels. Even then, in spite of their great ignorance and erroneous innovation, they considered themselves religious.
Therefore, it is necessary for every believer to refrain from the misguided Kharijites and their erroneous beliefs. May Allah protect us, Amen!
