Pros-Cons of Muslim Organigations
I don't usually write about these things and I don't feel comfortable; But seeing the excesses of some people, he wanted to write something random. In the end I wrote a couple of words.
At present a big issue in Ahlul Hadith is whether it can be organized or not. With this in mind, the two parties are in two extremes. According to one group, organizing is haraam and the other group has taken the form of state rule. One group has made the organization sit in the seat of state governance. They applied the hadiths of state bayat and jama'at to their organization and said, "It is obligatory to make bai'at in the hands of the organizational emir; those who leave the organization have broken the jama'at. Left. " This, of course, amounts to exaggeration and distortion of the meaning of the hadith.
According to another group, organizing is haraam. Why Haram? Through it separation grows, violence spreads, through which unity is never possible. For example, Sheikh Akramuzzaman bin Abdus Salam Hafi at the Jamia Salafiya Conference. Sheikh Dr. Addressing Hafi, Muslihuddin said, "On the one hand, he wants unity, on the other hand, he calls for organization. In this way, unity is never possible."
.
Organization means disunity — it is an utter misconception and an idea devoid of reality. If we look at the past history of India, the Ahl-e-Hadith organization was formed in India during the lifetime of our great Imam Nazir Hussain Muhaddis Dehlavi. Since then, Imam Shamsul Haq Azimabadi, Imam Abdur Rahman Mubarapuri, Imam Abdullah Ghazipuri, Allama Abdul Aziz Rahimabadi, Hind Sanaullah Amritsari in Munazir were all under the organization and were responsible. No one has ever issued a fatwa forbidding the organization. Even then the Ahl-e-Sangat was divided into two groups, yet they did not call the organization Haram on this pretext. After the partition of India in 1947, Allama Nazir Ahmad Rahmani took over the helm of Ahl-e-Hadith in India, Shaikhul Hadith Ismail Salafi in Pakistan and Allama Abdullah Kafi Al-Quraishi in Bangladesh. They formed an organization under their able leadership and brought the Ahl-e-Hadith community on the same platform. Especially in the case of Allama Abdullah Kafi Quraishi, everyone is obliged to acknowledge that under his organization and leadership, the isolated and scattered Ahl-e-Hadith people come together under one banner. If organization means disunity, what do you say to all this?
.
Violence, disunity is certainly forbidden, there is no room for doubt; But for this reason, how logical is it to give haraam fatwa called organization? We know that Ahl-e-Hadith is still divided into several organizations in India and Pakistan. Even then, I do not know whether it is haraam to form an acceptable scholarly organization in both the countries. Yes, many have worked and are working from outside the organization; But Haram did not say, according to known. Imams like Sheikh Bin Baz, Usaimin, Albani, Madkhali, Wadii, Fawzan knew and know that Ahlul Hadith is divided into several organizations. Even then, as far as I know, they did not call these organizations haram. Even in our educational institutions there are disputes over some or the other issue. So the educational institution will be forbidden? No, it won't. Resentment will be forbidden. We have to be in this position, not to give the fatwa of the organization haram targeting those who are involved in the organization. And those outside the organization should not be called defectors. Truth be told, the organization is legitimate, non-legitimate - the biggest role in raising the question is played by the secret Salafi organization in Kuwait called Ihyaut Turas.
