What will you do after hearing Azan?


5 things for a person who can hear the call to prayer: -

Whatever the muezzin says, he will say exactly in reply.

That is,

When the muezzin says "Allahu Akbar, Alla-hu Akbar", the answer should be "Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar".

 When the muezzin says "Ashhadu al-la-ila-ha illallah-ha" the answer should be, "Ashhadu al-la-ila-ha illallah-ha".

When the muezzin says "Ashhadu Anna Muhammadan Rasoolullah-ha" the answer should be, "Ashhadu Anna Muhammadan Rasoolullah-ha".

Then, when the muezzin says,

Then when the muezzin says, "Haiyya 'alal fala-ha" in reply, you should also say, "La-hawla wala kuwata illa-billa-ha".

 (لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ لاِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ)

Then when the muezzin says, "Alla-hu akbar, Allahu akbar" in reply, "Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar".

Then when the muezzin says "la-ila-ha illallah-ha", he should say "la-ila-ha illallah-ha".

Because of this answer to the call to prayer, he will go to heaven. [1]

Two

Darud will fall.

After answering the call to prayer, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) should recite the darood. [2]

Praying for the dignity of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).

After reciting Durood, the status of Muhammad (peace be upon him) should be enhanced.

Narrated by Jabir Ibn 'Abdullah

Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever hears the call to prayer and makes du'a: Deliver to Mahmud what you have promised '- on the Day of Resurrection he will be entitled to my intercession. [3]

Four

Then say that

َْهْدُ أَنَه اللَّهُ ِْلَّا هُوَ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا وَرَسُولُ رَالِّ

His sins will be forgiven. [4]

Five

Then pray to Allah.

In the hadith: -

Narrated from 'Abdullah Ibn' Amr

One person said, O Messenger of God! The muezzin is becoming dignified over us. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: You will say as the muezzins say. Then when the call to prayer is over, make du'a (to Allah). Then you will be given that (your supplication will be accepted). [5]
